The hotel as per its rate “Cheap”

I was in transit where I had to pick this hotel to stay, as the stay was for just some hours at night I did not wanted to spend more so went out for a cheap hotel and the hotel came out exactly like that “Cheap”. As I entered the room allotted to me I had a beg work running on the beg, when I showed that to the attendee who escorted us to the room he pick it up put on the ground and killed it. When we went to the reception and informed the same to the gentlemen sitting at the reception busy watching YouTube video he showed us another room which had torn linen and soiled linen, the reason for the same given by the gentleman was it is like that only and does not go off. Above all the attitude of the staff is very bad and arrogant. Don’t stay in this hotel as far as you don’t get any other option in the town.

The property is not far from mumbai-pune express highway. Scenic beauty around the resort is lovely and refreshing. The best time to visit is during the monsoon but avoid the weekends as this place becomes very crowded

Front desk officer is a dishonest person

Came to the hotel and done booking on spot. When checked in the room...,found room to be unclean and with dirty bed sheets... Still was not in mood to say anything, so asked the front desk officer to change the bed sheets and broom the floor as i was hungry so moved out for dinner with my wife and left the keys and luggage as well n said to get it done when i m back. When i came back i enquired on reception for the same and they confidently said its done. but to my surprise nothing was done, not even the brooming, changing sheet was a big deal i guess.. It was a disgusting experience n total waste of time as i could see how smartly these people were lying to me back to back.. The best part was when the cleaner came in my room to change bed sheet, he was unnecessarily trying to prove us that this is fine sir, kahan ganda hai, aisa toh hota rehta hai..., pehle wale ne kiya tha bola n i could sense taunting behaviour in his talks while he was unwillingly changing sheets n before leaving he also said sir fariyas hotel main acha bed sheet milega par uska rate bhi 10k se upar hota hai phir.... 😊 So by this time i understood that it was my mistake to book this hotel not theirs as the arrogance and habbit of giving lame excuses that too backed by words which i already mentioned above prevailed in the hierarchy from supervisor level to house keeper as my experience was only to that level... Finally i got my room bed sheet changed by 11.14 pm..

Located close to the main market and not noisy at all. But it he called a resort, its just a normal hotel with gr + 1 structure. Swimming pool is at the entrance, so sure many ppl would use it. Rooms are good but too cramped up, you can hear the noise if next room door is being opened. Its a veg. Resort with minimum food choice and the food is also ok type. Overall good place to enjoy weekend.

Good property location wise .clean and hygienic as it's has fresh interior and. Exterior furniture was new and linen with new concept of wallpaper in every room They also have nice swimming pool And the most of all is best price . I would suggest this . Only they need to have a good restaurant which I found missing . Enjoyed .
